1. Put the meat rack in the roasting pan: The first and foremost step that is quite obvious is that must put the meat rack in the roasting pan. The roasting pan must have the meat tray to elevate the meat from the pan slightly to prevent all of the surfaces of the meat from touching to the pan and preventing it from getting too charred or stuck to the surface of the pan.
